Your smoothie doesnt have to be super fancy & you don't need to specifically go out & get ingredients to make one (unless you want to). šā

Use whatever you have in the fridge and follow this ratio to have smoothies for life āā

1 part fluid š°ā
1 part fruit/veggies šā
2 parts thickeneršā
+ Other nutritional enhancers šŖ
Ideas š”ā
Fluid: water, coconut water, various milks ā
Thickeners: plain yogurt, kefir, various milks, bananas, frozen fruit/veggies, avocado, oats.ā
Nutritional enhancers: chia seeds, protein powder, collagen powder, flax seeds, wheat germ, matcha. ā
